Pioneering formula, Oval Track Legends were the first to use USA manufactured RACEceivers on a short circuit in the UK at Northampton International Raceway on 29th May, 2006
RACEceiver, a one-way radio system, widely used in the USA by numerous formulae, including NASCAR, Sprint Cars and the USA Legends are deemed an outstanding success by all drivers in the Oval Track Legends Series.
The system is basically a matchbox sized radio receiver with ear plugs fitted to each driver in the race car. It allows the Race Director to talk to ALL the race cars on the track at the same time via a hand held transmitter unit.
